Monday, 4th May 2020: the survey opened on 23rd April and is now closed. We are analysing the results and will publish our findings soon. Thank you to everyone who took part and helped to spread the word.
You may remember a few weeks ago (is that really all it was?) we put out a survey to parents asking for your immediate feelings once governments closed schools to help slow the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19).
We released our findings over parents' fears and concerns. The story was picked up by national and regional news outlets and received a lot of coverage, ensuring that parents' needs aren't neglected during this crisis.
How are you getting on?
We want to find out if parental attitudes have changed now that lockdown has become the “new normal”. Whether you are working from home, or a key worker, whether your children are learning from home or eligible to still attend school, we're really keen to hear about your experiences of the past few weeks. How are you coping, and how your child is getting on?
New parents survey - coronavirus
If you have just five minutes to spare, we’re keen for you to take our follow-up coronavirus survey, and share this link with your friends and family members once you’ve completed it. If any parent in England, Wales or Northern Ireland has a school-aged child - your voice counts and we want to hear from you!
We will publish the findings of the latest survey in the coming weeks. Follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook so you don't miss any announcements. The more parents who respond, the better. As with the previous survey, we'll use the results to represent parent voice to politicians in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and share our findings with media to keep parents' experiences and concerns in focus.
The survey closed at 9 am on Monday 4th May 2020. Many thanks for all your responses.
