Parent Voice Report 2022
Parents are key partners in their child’s education, their support and involvement matters. In fact, by parents being more involved they are actively contributing to improved outcomes for young people, with evidence highlighting that parental involvement adds two to three years to a child’s education.
Our mission is to ensure that all parents are given a platform to share their voice and views. In doing so, schools can build more effective relationships with parents and key decision-makers in education can implement positive change on issues that affect parents.

The report highlights the key findings across these important aspects of schooling, education, involvement with school life and parent voice. It also outlines our policy recommendations, all underlying our belief that parents are key stakeholders in their children’s education and policy must reflect this.

Our Parent Voice Reports are the result of our representative Parent Survey, across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, that researches parents’ experiences and perceptions of their children’s education and schooling on an annual basis. -
From snap polls to full surveys, we independently, or in collaboration with educational partners, will call for parents to share their views on key educational issues. We do this to help debate and inform education policies.
