- Recap on the fundamentals of successful parent-school relationships
- Analyse your current parent participation strategy using our Blueprint for Parent-Friendly Schools
- Explore how to build trust, boost morale, and raise aspirations across the whole school
- Devise and implement a more proactive and strategic approach to parental participation
- Evaluate progress, while maintaining momentum and demonstrating impact to stakeholders and Ofsted

Who will lead the masterclass?
Our associate trainers range from former headteachers and Ofsted inspectors, to parental engagement champions and education consultants.
Your session will be led by one of the following associate trainers:
An expert on overcoming engagement barriers within vulnerable groups, Kim is a former primary teacher who regularly delivers training and workshops covering conflict resolution and community cohesion.
A former teacher and mentor, Lisa has a strong desire to inspire, motivate, and enable children and adults to achieve their best. She is a parent herself, with experience as vice chair and member of several PTAs.
A children services practitioner and senior manager with over 25 years’ experience in leading and managing services with and for children, young people, and families, Selina also supports a number of charities concerning staff development, financial sustainability, evaluation processes, and collaborative working.
