Getting an early financial education is crucial, and like brushing your teeth, money habits are formed at an early age. We’ve been campaigning for 5 years to get financial education added to the school curriculum from primary school age, as part of our mission to make every kid smart with money.

We’ve changed how kids learn about money at home, and now we’ve been leading the charge to learn in school. In 2024, we launched our financial education manifesto with 10 key recommendations on how the UK Government can make financial education work in all schools.

Plus, PTAs can give their budget a boost with GoHenry. Trusted by parents to teach over 2.3 million kids money skills for life, GoHenry is now working with PTAs to help raise more money-smart kids and money for schools. PTA trustees, sign up today to start fundraising

Financial education is sorely lacking in the British education system. I have been impressed with how GoHenry encourages my 7 year old twin boys to learn about money’ and make decisions about spending and investing by themselves, allowing them autonomy with oversight. The missions’ are also an effective tool to help them learn in an enjoyable way.
