Pamper night
Is there any better gift for Mother’s Day than a pamper night? You could plan an evening full of relaxation, beautification and luxury, and sell tickets along with a bouquet of flowers for the children to give to their mothers. DIY greetings cards
Gather the children to create their own beautiful cards for Mother’s Day. It could turn into a little arts and crafts session where they make their own, or you could book a photographer for a professional-looking card and memento all in one.
Bingo night
Host a bingo night — mothers only! The prizes could be wine, chocolate, beauty products and vouchers for local businesses such as restaurants, hairdressers or beauticians. If you plan to sell alcohol on the night, don’t forget you’ll need a TEN license.
Film night
Children and their mothers could celebrate together with a fun family film night. Some perfect films with mothers include Mrs Doubtfire, Freaky Friday and the Parent Trap.
