Whatever age your child is, and how experienced a parent you are, sometimes we all could always do with a little support and advice. Below we have listed some parent training modules and recommended parenting organisations that offer useful information and resources.

is a UK charity (that supports England, Northern Ireland and Wales) that supports parents and parents to be, babies and preschool children. They help young carers, disabled children and their families, as well as providing support to young people through the most difficult times – in their families, in care and as they become independent adults.

was originally established in 1997 as a support network for children, young people and families of those affected by ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). ADDNI have offices in Belfast and Dungannon, but also run information sessions for families all over the province.
