Please note: the poll was closed on 10th January 2021. Thank you to every parent who took part.
Throughout the nations of the UK, new lockdown measures have been announced. The biggest impact for many households is that schools are expected to remain closed to most pupils for at least the next few weeks. Remote learning has for now replaced classroom learning delivered directly by teachers.
Parents, what are your thoughts on this?
Have your say
We are running a short online poll to find out parents' views on school closures and remote learning as well as the biggest parental concerns. Results will be shared with government education departments in England, Wales and NI, as well as other key stakeholders. It's vital that parent voice is heard by policymakers, and they understand the impact of their decisions on parents and their children.
About the poll
The seven questions should take no longer than five minutes to complete and responses will remain anonymous. Multiple responses will be discounted.
Who can take the poll?
We would like any parent of a primary and/or secondary/post-primary school-aged child living in England, Wales or Northern Ireland to give us their views. Please share the survey link with any interested friends, family, colleagues or networks. The wider the sample the bigger the parent voice.
