Have your say on Ofsted's complaints process

Parents in England, Ofsted is looking for views as they decide how to modify the way they handle complaints raised by schools where they feel an inspection report is inaccurate.

We know that how schools are graded and inspected by Ofsted are issues that matter to parents.

Parentkind will respond directly to Ofsted to ensure that parent voice is included as part of this discussion. Parents can answer our short survey below, and/or reply to the inspectorate directly. However, we have framed the questions in a way most relevant to parents.

Please respond to our survey by Thursday 19th March. If you are replying directly to Ofsted, you have until Tuesday 31st March to get your answers in.

If you know a friend who would be interested in giving their thoughts on this too, please share the link to this page with them. Thank you for your response, which will help to ensure that parents are heard by education policy-makers.
