It's been a wand-erful time for The Lea School Association as they make a willow arch

To coincide with the St Albans Sustainability Festival, The Lea Primary School and Nursery in Harpenden, Hertfordshire planned to run a compost-creating and bug-making event. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the festival was cancelled, so the PTA got their thinking caps on to come up with a different project to keep the community involved in the sustainability effort, a cause which is growing in importance and recognition in the St Albans area.

John Roan School Association - raising funds to bridge the lockdown learning gap

When Eve Daniels agreed to Chair the John Roan School Association (JRSA) three years ago, she did so with the aim of transforming their enthusiastic friends group into a fundraising PTA powerhouse that supports the whole community.
