Problem handling

How to handle problems and the inevitable disagreements involved in running a PTA. During the lifecycle of a PTA it is inevitable that there will be times when support from parents and / or the school wanes and/or disagreements occur. Either can cause the PTA committee to question the future of the association and whether or not it is viable to continue. But working to improve/resolve situations is almost always better than closing an association.
