GDPR guidance for PTAs
The General Data Protection Regulation became law in the UK on 25 May 2018. The majority of underlying principles did not change, but there were big changes to the accountability and transparency required by organisations, which have effected all organisations that use personal information, including PTAs. All committee members need to read this information, to ensure that their PTA is not in breach of data protection law in the UK.
