Return to school wellbeing is top of the agenda at St Mary’s Primary, Portaferry after a difficult year

Portaferry, a small rural town in County Down, Northern Ireland, has a strong community ethos and this has been brought to the fore as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Community and School working together: Eastside Learning and Knocknagoney Primary School

Knocknagoney Primary School traditionally has a strong parental engagement ethos, and are keen to work closely with the community to maximise opportunities to support parents within their school. This was included in their development plans along with addressing underachievement.
