In 2018 the Children, Young People and Education (CYPE) Committee published its Mind Over Matter Report on the emotional and mental health needs of children and young people. Welsh Government are pleased to announce a significant milestone in their response to the Mind Over Matter report, with a consultation on guidance for developing and embedding a whole school approaches.
